The Role:
• You take ownership of revenue generation, develop new opportunities, manage pipeline, build & execute account strategies, close large enterprise-level deals, and lead customer expansion for Arviem’s award-winning cloud based IoT enabled supply chain visibility service services.
• You will work with C-level, VP-level, Director-level supply chain professionals to develop, deliver and become a trusted advisor in the next generation of supply chain and logistics.
• You analyze the current performance of your customers supply chains, identify optimization and savings potentials, develop business cases and define strategies to increase efficiency and excellence in global logistics and supply chain through IoT based global supply chain visibility.
Your Skills:
• You are a high-energy, high activity Consultative Sales Manager to drive new business and upsell revenue across major Accounts in the sales territory.
• You have a consistent track record of success and possess the intelligence and aptitude to position the benefits of an enterprise grade groundbreaking disruptive platform, as well as the critical thinking to drive a complex enterprise sales process, within a 2.0 business model.
• You have meaningful experience (3-5 years) in one of the following areas: supply chain strategy and operating model, global distribution and logistics, supply chain planning.
• You’re a true believer in lean and continuous improvement and have a a strong interest in disruptive technologies and concepts (e.g., IoT, Blockchain, etc).
• You possess the qualities that give our customers a competitive edge: Analytical thinking, curiosity, high customer and service orientation, entrepreneurial action and an ability to think out of the box
• Successful attributes that will help you to move forward with us are energy, enthusiasm, ability to work in a team, determination, persistence, commitment and a willingness / ability to learn quickly
• Sector experience in Food & Beverage, Spirits & Wine, Tobacco, Cosmetics, Electronics, Chemicals is a plus.
• You are flexible including willingness to travel regionally and globally
• As an international company, we require English and German is an asset. Being fluent in another major European language is desirable.
