About Arviem:
Arviem is a small, internationally operating company with an innovative startup spirit. We are the only service provider which offers pay-as-you go real-time cargo monitoring services to increase visibility in global trade. With our Internet of Things devices we monitor the condition and the location of cargo as it moves around the world, feeding clients’ performance dashboards, ad-hoc reporting and online analytical processing with the collected data.
Your Tasks:
- Customer acquisition & development (market segments: pharma, chemicals, industrial manufacturers, food & beverage and others)
- Achievement of the sales targets in the market area assigned
- Optimal customer support and consulting in technological and business matters
- Development of customer-specific quotation concepts with involvement of internal specialists
- Assurance of the required market transparency (market potential, competitors’ activities, customers’ behavior, etc.)
Your Qualifications:
- Goal-oriented and committed personality with good multicultural understanding
- Preparedness to travel extensively (approx. 50%)
- Excellent knowledge of supply chains & logistics in general
- Higher business education (sales/commercial/logistics)
- Several years of professional experience in selling services to C-level persons plus ideally experience in the field of supply chain visibility
- Sharp customer focus, high flexibility and stress management capabilities, autonomous personality
- Winning and self-confident appearance
- Excellent communication abilities, negotiating skills and diplomacy
- Confident negotiator in German and English plus good knowledge of an additional language e.g. French is a plus
