We are seeking an experienced Sales and Account Relationship Executive with a strong background in supply chain technology, logistics, and cargo security. This role requires expertise in consultative solution sales and engagement with senior decision-makers in supply chain, logistics, and security operations.
Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Growth: Expand Arviem’s customer base across North and South Americas, leveraging an extensive professional network.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Implement account-based sales strategies with a 3–9-month sales cycle, targeting 5–10 new clients per year.
- Revenue Generation: Drive $1M–$2M in annual revenue through new business and strategic account management.
- Security-Focused Solutions Selling: Engage security, supply chain, and logistics decision-makers to demonstrate the ROI of Arviem’s solutions in cargo protection, theft prevention, and cargo condition monitoring.
- Contract & Pricing Negotiation: Develop compelling sales proposals, business cases, and contracts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure client satisfaction.
- Sales Tools: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot CRM, and other digital sales platforms.
- Reporting: Reports directly to the CEO of Arviem USA.
Qualifications:
- 20+ years of experience in global logistics, cargo security, supply chain visibility, or secure transportation services.
- Proven track record in solution-based consultative sales (not product sales).
- Experience working with C-level executives in supply chain, security, and logistics.
- Deep understanding of cargo risk management, theft prevention, and real-time monitoring technologies.
- Balanced 50% business development (hunting for new clients) and 50% account management.
- High integrity, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of working independently in a global scale-up environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with remote work setups.
- Occasional travel required for client meetings and industry events.
- Language: Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus.
